It was an absolutely monstrous journey from Athens by coach, well actually in any normal circumstances it wouldn’t be, but this was on the ‘Magic Bus’, a one stop all in ticket from your chosen location to London Victoria Bus station….. it wouldn’t have been so bad if the bus didn’t change 20 times on the way back, it was a killer….. and a very long story…
I’d been to see my best friend on Corfu, and ran out of cash, was able to sell the return stub of my flight ticket so that I could stay for longer, but then ran out of money for the return flight, this was before cheap airlines. Anyway I found this bus ticket that could get you back for £15, and I found out the hard way…..just why it was so cheap….
This shot was of a feral street cat in the centre of Athens in the mid afternoon sun…. it was a chance frame, but I instinctively knew when he was about to pounce……
As always let me know what you think….csj

What an incredible shot! Lucky indeed, but of course, chance favors the prepared mind. Excellent!
Liza, cheers mate, glad you like it…..
This is absolutely superb. It’s been my favourite for ages. So glad to see it up here.
